  • We submit a curated shortlist of 4–6 strong candidates , all fully screened, video interviewed, and aligned with your brief. Each comes with detailed insights, not just a CV.

  • We manage expectations on both sides, support offer conversations, handle negotiation, and make sure the right person says yes.

  • We don’t place and disappear. We stay close through notice periods and onboarding to ensure a smooth start for both sides.
