  • We map out the approach: ideal profile, search criteria, sourcing channels, interview process, timelines and benchmarks

  • We run a full search combining smart sourcing, inbound management, and personalised outreach. Every shortlisted candidate is video-interviewed, tracked in our ATS, and delivered with detailed feedback

  • We submit a curated shortlist of 4–6 strong candidates , all fully screened, video interviewed, and aligned with your brief. Each comes with detailed insights, not just a CV.

  • We manage expectations on both sides, support offer conversations, handle negotiation, and make sure the right person says yes.

  • We don’t place and disappear. We stay close through notice periods and onboarding to ensure a smooth start for both sides. That means regular check-ins with candidates, supporting managers with feedback, and addressing any bumps early. The result: stronger retention, better candidate experience, and hires that stick.

  • Most embedded engagements run for 3-6 months, but we're flexible. You can pause, extend, or scale up/down based on your needs. Some clients work with us for a few months to get hiring on track, others extend as they continue scaling.

  • We hire across all startup functions: Tech, Product, Operations, Go-to-Market (sales, marketing, customer success) and People. Our strength is in building TA infrastructure and closing roles across these areas.

  • For embedded partnerships, we start sourcing within days of kickoff and aim to have candidates in your pipeline within the first week. For search engagements, we typically present a first shortlist within 10 days, though in some cases it could be as quick as 3-5 days.

  • We bring our own recruitment tools, including a full LinkedIn Recruiter license, Juicebox for AI-powered sourcing, and expertise with all major ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, TeamTailor, Loxo, etc). If you don't have an ATS yet, we'll help you choose and set one up.

  • Let's talk. We'll help you figure out whether embedded TA, advisory, or search makes the most sense for your stage and needs. There's no one-size-fits-all, we tailor our approach to what you actually need.

  • Absolutely. If you have an internal recruiter or People person, we can work alongside them, either leading the function or supporting specific areas (e.g., senior hiring, process design, manager training). We’re highly collaborative and have extensive experience partnering with in-house People and Talent teams!

  • Yes. For embedded engagements, we build onboarding foundations as part of your TA infrastructure. For search placements, we can provide onboarding support to ensure a smooth transition and strong first 90 days.
