Lottie has spent a decade in recruitment and talent acquisition, building scaling teams and hiring for Fortune 500 companies. She understands the pressure, the shifting priorities, and the need to make hiring decisions with confidence, and has built Wolven Partners to support companies through exactly that.

Outside of work, Lottie enjoys early mornings, strength training, and time with her family. She lives in the countryside with her two children, husband and their Ragdoll cat, Pablito.
